Responsibilities
- Inspire consumer loyalty to the brand.
- Serve and sell to customers effectively.
- Execute store operations diligently.
- Monitor store performance and sales targets.
- Collaborate productively with team members.
- Complete training programs and apply learning on the job.
- Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising standards.
- Follow established policies and procedures.
- Process merchandise deliveries and replenish stock.
- Complete cash register transactions accurately.
- Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor.
- Perform store operations safely and efficiently.
- Execute Brand Customer Service standards.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary school education.
Skills
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
Experience Requirements
Prior retail sales experience of 1-2 months in a beauty or fashion retail environment.
