1. Provide customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultations, and assisting customers in selecting suitable products.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions.
4. Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
