- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to maintain relevance and authority.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and visual presentation to ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
- Provide exceptional client service that builds long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and promote Sephora’s culture of belonging.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and professional shopping experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on consultative selling.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and continuous learning.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual attendance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and adapt quickly to new product information.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Entry-level; prior retail or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated customer-service aptitude.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
