1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
4. Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to maintain relevance and authority.
5. Support merchandising, inventory control and visual presentation to ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional client service that builds long-term relationships and repeat business.
7. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and promote Sephora’s culture of belonging.
8. Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and professional shopping experience.

1. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on consultative selling.
3. Passion for beauty products, trends and continuous learning.
4. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual attendance.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and adapt quickly to new product information.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level; prior retail or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated customer-service aptitude.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
