1. Provide a welcoming and personalized customer experience by understanding and responding to individual client needs.
2. Promote and sell Sephora's range of beauty products and services, including introducing customers to loyalty programs such as the Beauty Insider.
3. Maintain store presentation by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Sephora's visual standards.
4. Support store operations by participating in inventory control, special events, and promotional activities.
5. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and contribute to loss prevention efforts.
6. Stay informed about cashier functions and assist as needed.

4. Previous experience in retail sales or service industries.

2. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Comfort with computer and store systems.
4. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Prior experience in retail sales or service industries is preferred.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
