- Provide a welcoming environment for customers by listening to and embracing their unique needs.
- Suggest and sell products and services to clients in all areas of the store.
- Introduce customers to Sephora's credit card and Beauty Insider loyalty programs.
- Maintain store appearance by keeping it sparkling and stocked.
- Contribute to store sales goals and share knowledge of Sephora’s policies and standards.
- Support special events, promotions, and priorities.
- Participate in inventory control and ensure compliance with sampling policies.

- Passion for client service and working with people.
- Knowledge about new and trending beauty products.

Prior experience working in retail sales or services industries.
$18.25 - $22.38/hr. Actual hourly pay depends on qualifications and experience.
