1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick-Up In Store) and provide excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.

1. Passion for client service and beauty.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Beginner level experience, ideally with prior exposure to retail environments.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
