1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to enhance client engagement.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and ensure excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior experience in retail or a similar customer service role.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and ability to react promptly to various situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors.
