1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and provide makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Be knowledgeable about special events and participate in programs to reduce shortage or loss.
8. Understand cashier functions as needed.

1. One to three years' experience in retail or service industry.

3. Flexibility in work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
