1. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.

3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
4. Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are kept clean.
5. Process customer purchases at the register following standard operating procedures.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
