1. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training and assessments at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
4. Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Perform cashier duties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
