1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.

4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring excellent client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior work experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and ability to respond to situations promptly.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in retail, particularly in the beauty industry, is preferred.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
