Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and tailored product recommendations to each client.
- Demonstrate and communicate product expertise to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling.

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with customers and colleagues.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven approach with attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
