1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.

5. Participate actively in sales and promotional events to drive store success.
6. Manage BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders and ensure excellent client service during pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react promptly to situations.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
