- Provide active support and advice to clients across all departments, including Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrances.
- Convey product knowledge, trends, and new beauty innovations to customers.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Manage storage and inventory both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion sectors.
- Fluency in French; basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
Entry-level experience in sales, preferably in beauty or related fields.
