1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers enthusiastically as they enter the store.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
4. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeovers as needed.
5. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training.
6. Actively pursue additional product knowledge.
7. Train other beauty advisors.
8. Participate in stock control and communicate inventory issues to management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
11. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortages and losses.
12. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
