1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers with enthusiasm and assist them in identifying their needs.
3. Recommend products that meet customer requirements and share product knowledge.
4. Perform makeovers for customers as needed.
5. Ensure team members complete comprehensive brand training.
6. Actively pursue additional product learning opportunities.
7. Train other beauty advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and report stock issues to management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
11. Engage in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
12. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
3. Flexibility to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
