1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers with enthusiasm as they enter the store.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
4. Share product knowledge with customers as appropriate.
5. Perform makeovers for customers when necessary.
6. Ensure team members complete in-depth brand training.
7. Pursue additional product learning as needed.
8. Train other beauty advisors.
9. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
12. Engage in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
13. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
