1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and offer courteous service.
3. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
5. Perform makeovers for clients as required.
6. Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
7. Cross-train fellow Beauty Advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Stay informed about special events and store animations.
11. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
12. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

1. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
2. Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.
3. Proficiency in product knowledge and inventory management.
