- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting sales initiatives.
- Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and provide excellent service during order pickups.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Ability to stay updated with beauty trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in retail or a similar client-focused role is preferred.
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
