1. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert consultation and product selection advice to customers.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions, to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
4. Prepare and manage product displays within assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer transactions following standard operating procedures and cash handling protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
