1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend appropriate products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines with expertise.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive store performance.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services and ensure excellent client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.

$20.85 - $25.54 per hour, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
