Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

1. Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate deep product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, launches and application techniques to ensure relevant, up-to-date advice.
4. Achieve individual and store sales targets and other KPIs through active selling, follow-up and clienteling.
5. Maintain visual standards: support merchandising, replenishment, inventory control and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment aligned with Sephora’s standards and company policies.
7. Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements including availability for peak retail hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients build confidence through product expertise.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Reliable, punctual, and able to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex scheduling (as needed: 4–14 hrs/week).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related coursework is a plus.
