1. Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences that build client trust and drive repeat visits.
2. Provide tailored product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance informed by client needs and preferences.
3. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of beauty trends, techniques and launches.
4. Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective client engagement, conversion and follow-up.
5. Support store presentation: merchandising, inventory replenishment, upkeep of a clean and welcoming sales floor.
6. Promote an inclusive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to meet operational goals.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
8. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required; meet minimum weekly shift/hours for the Flex role.

1. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and cultivate client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and enhancing client confidence through product education.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable consulting one-on-one and in small groups.
4. Reliable availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and punctual attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
