1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations and client education to build trust and repeat business.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales and meet store KPIs by converting consultations into transactions and promoting appropriate add-on items.
5. Support merchandising, inventory tasks, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
6. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, adhering to company policies and contributing to a safe shopping experience.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment with demonstrated strong service skills.
2. Passion for beauty, product knowledge, and an eagerness to learn and share trends.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
4. Collaborative team player who is goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.
5. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
7. Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for flexible scheduling (Flex: 4–14 hrs/week).
