- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations and client education to build trust and repeat business.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales and meet store KPIs by converting consultations into transactions and promoting appropriate add-on items.

- Collaborative team player who is goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for flexible scheduling (Flex: 4–14 hrs/week).
