- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup application and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Participate in sales and promotional events to drive engagement and sales.
- Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.
- Prior experience in a similar retail environment is preferred.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Resilience and adaptability to react promptly to situations.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare knowledge.

Previous experience in retail, particularly in beauty or related fields, is preferred.
$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
