1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup application and skincare routines to enhance client experience.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive store performance.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring excellent client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred, particularly within the beauty industry.

$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits, subject to eligibility, along with a flexible work schedule allowing for 0-19 hours per week.
