1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs, suggesting suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and participate in inventory control.
6. Communicate inventory issues to the Manager and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
7. Be knowledgeable of special events and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
8. Understand cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

2. Product knowledge in cosmetics and skincare.
3. Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.
