1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients entering the store with enthusiasm and determine their needs.
3. Suggest products to meet client needs and communicate product knowledge effectively.
4. Perform makeovers for clients as required.
5. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
6. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and participate in inventory control.
7. Communicate inventory issues to the Manager and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
8. Be knowledgeable of special events and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
9. Understand cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
