1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
7. Be knowledgeable of special events and cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
