1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients entering the store with enthusiasm and professionalism.
3. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
5. Perform makeovers for clients as required.
6. Complete in-depth brand training for designated team members.
7. Pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Be informed about special events and store animations.
11. Contribute to programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
12. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
