- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
- Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
- Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for designated team members and pursue additional product knowledge.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate any inventory issues to the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
- Be knowledgeable of special events and cashier functions.
- One to three years of experience in the retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
