1. Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, offering consultations, and assisting customers in product selection.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
4. Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
