1. Provide customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions, to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
4. Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Conduct cashier duties following established procedures and standards.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
