- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.

- Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare routines.
- Ability to stay updated with beauty trends.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational skills to maintain store standards.
Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving customer service and beauty products.
$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
