1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and ascertain their needs to recommend suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Be informed about special events and store animations.
8. Assist in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
9. Possess knowledge of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
