1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients with enthusiasm and provide courteous service.
3. Determine clients' needs and suggest appropriate products.
4. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
5. Perform makeovers as required.
6. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members.
7. Pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Be knowledgeable of special events and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
11. Understand cashier functions as designated.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Flexible work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
