1. Provide exemplary customer service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and offer knowledgeable product recommendations.
3. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively.
4. Ensure completion of brand-specific training for team members.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
6. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and store animations.
8. Assist in programs aimed at reducing inventory loss.
9. Possess knowledge of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.

3. Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for days, nights, and weekends.
