1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing clients' unique beauty needs.
2. Deliver customized paid service experiences, including makeup and skincare applications and lessons.
3. Promote and sell products and services, introducing clients to loyalty programs.
4. Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
5. Contribute to store sales goals and support special events and promotions.
6. Adhere to provincial requirements and protocols for paid services.
7. Participate in inventory control and loss prevention programs.
8. Demonstrate Sephora's values of Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or service industries.
2. License to perform paid beauty services from the cosmetology association (for Nova Scotia and New Brunswick only).

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence and engage with business partners at all levels.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shifts.

1-3 years of experience in retail sales or service industries is required.
