1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and elevate their beauty routine.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
4. Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
5. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, inviting sales floor.
6. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold Sephora’s operational and safety standards.

1. Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience with a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
2. Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building client relationships.
4. Ability to learn quickly and convey product knowledge effectively to clients and colleagues.
5. Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
