1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients entering the store with enthusiasm and provide courteous service.
3. Determine clients' needs and suggest suitable products.
4. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
5. Perform makeovers for clients as required.
6. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for designated team members.
7. Actively pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Be knowledgeable about special events and store animations.
11. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
12. Understand cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner-level experience in retail or service industry is required.
