1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.

6. Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pickup In-Store) services, ensuring a seamless experience.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and adaptability in dynamic situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
