1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive engagement and sales.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services and ensure excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably within the beauty sector.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and the ability to respond to situations promptly.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
