1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and drive client loyalty.

1. Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
2. Passion for beauty, trends, and confidence coaching; demonstrable interest in cosmetics and skincare.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
