1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup application and skincare routines to clients.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate actively in sales and promotional events.
6. Assist clients with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react promptly to situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
