- Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.

- Communicate product knowledge effectively and perform makeovers as required.
- Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
- Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.
- One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Flexible work schedule, including availability for days, nights, and weekends.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational procedures.
