1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending appropriate products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive store performance.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and provide excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Beginner level experience in retail or a related field is preferred.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
