1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest appropriate products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and participate in inventory control.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Be knowledgeable of special events and participate in programs to reduce loss.
8. Perform cashier functions as needed.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
