- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines, showcasing product application.
- Stay abreast of the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's dynamic environment.
- Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and ensure excellent client service upon order collection.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and ability to react promptly to situations.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Expertise in beauty consultation and product recommendation.
- Proficiency in makeup application and skincare routines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly in beauty or fashion, is preferred.
$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
