1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines, showcasing product application.
3. Stay abreast of the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's dynamic environment.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and ensure excellent client service upon order collection.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react promptly to situations.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly in beauty or fashion, is preferred.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
