1. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert advice and product recommendations to customers.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
4. Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are kept clean.
5. Perform cashier duties following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
