1. Provide an exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and addressing individual needs.

3. Introduce and promote Sephora's credit card and Beauty Insider loyalty programs.
4. Maintain store appearance by ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
5. Contribute to store sales goals and share knowledge of Sephora's policies and standards.
6. Support special events, promotions, and inventory control.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in loss prevention programs.
8. Demonstrate proficiency in cashier functions and adhere to Sephora's values.

5. Prior experience in retail sales or service industries.

2. Ability to multitask and use computer/store systems.
3. Consistent and reliable attendance.
4. Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stock shelves, and stand for entire shifts.

Prior experience in retail sales or service industries is preferred.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
