1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
2. Demonstrate extensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
4. Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
5. Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment with a proven ability to provide excellent service.
2. A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
5. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
